According to the Common Sense Institute, Colorado is estimated to have a housing deficit of almost 200,000 homes. This shortage is in part brought on regulations that increase the cost of building a home thanks to Jared Polis. If the supply of homes is not increased, by 2031 we could see a deficit of over 500,000. Suffocating regulations are harmful to our housing market. This is the Polis Tax on our housing market.
